Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Requests will return a 429 rate-limit error. Upgrade your plan to get more capacity, or wait until the next billing cycle resets your quota.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer pro-rated refunds within 14 days of a charge if you're not satisfied. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I use the API from the browser (client-side)?
Yes. Create an API key locked to your domain's origin in the dashboard. The key can only be used from that specific origin, preventing unauthorized use.
What output formats do you support?
Free plan: PNG only. Pro and Business: PNG, JPEG, WebP, and PDF. Quality, compression level, and DPI are configurable per request.
Is there a yearly billing discount?
Yes — switching to yearly billing saves 20%. The discounted rate is shown on the card when you toggle to yearly above.
How does full-page capture work?
Full-page capture scrolls the entire document and stitches the result into a single image, instead of capturing only the visible viewport. Available on Pro and Business.
What is CSS selector clipping?
Business plan users can pass a CSS selector to crop the screenshot to a specific element on the page — useful for capturing charts, cards, or components in isolation.
