Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PxShot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AXOX Web Solutions.

Description of Service

PxShot provides an API for capturing screenshots of publicly accessible webpages. The Service is available in free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page. Features vary by plan.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Capture content you do not have permission to access
• Systematically scrape or archive websites in violation of their terms of service
• Capture content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Share or resell API keys
• Circumvent rate limits or plan quotas

API Keys and Security

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share API keys publicly or commit them to source code repositories. If you believe an API key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard.

You may lock API keys to specific HTTP origins to prevent unauthorized use in client-side applications. We are not liable for unauthorized use of unprotected keys.

Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Monthly limits reset on your billing cycle date. Unused screenshots do not roll over.

Availability and SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXOX Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
