Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with PxShot. If you're not happy with your paid plan, we offer a straightforward refund policy outlined below.
14-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@axoxweb.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
Conditions
- Refunds are available for the most recent charge only, within 14 days
- Refunds are not available for usage-related issues caused by violating our Terms of Service
- Annual plan refunds will be prorated for unused months if requested within 14 days
- The Free tier has no charges and is therefore not eligible for refunds
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
