Initial purchase window

If you are unhappy with your first paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge and we will review the request promptly.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after the renewal has been processed, but we still encourage you to reach out if there was a billing mistake.
